I believe everyone has their own solutions to their issues, can realise their own deep motivation to change, and can achieve the dreams they set with a bit of guidance...so I say get stuck in and dream big!

A coach provides this guidance. They listens without judgement, guide us to clarity on where we are and where we want to be, help us unearth deeper motivation and optimism, support us in making progress in tiny steps, and accelerate us through the journey to success.

However, a coach is also a mindset expert and in my view this is the greatest benefit. Our minds are there to help protect us, but in doing so they often create subconcious mindsets designed to protect us from pain which can become unhelpful and hold us back. This is the biggest reason we become stuck or fail, and coach helps us both uncover and overcome them.

Coaching FAQs

  • We would begin by arranging a 30 minute exploration call, where we can get an idea of your go and if I am the right person to help you.

    Following that we either make an agreement to work together for a predetermined number of 1 hour sessions, or decide that we are not the right fit for each other at this time, leaving the door open for the future and offering alternatives where possible.

  • We aim to work through the following steps:

    1.   Work out and where you are right now in life, and where you want to be in your best dream

    2.  Start to take organised but small steps towards your dream using tailored holistic habits and skills

    3. Reflect at appropriate intervals and modify the direction where needed

    4. Reveal and overcome obstacles that inevitably get in the way

  • It can be different for everyone, but we aim to get you more motivated and energised within 6 weeks, and more fulfilled in work within 12 weeks.

    The average expectation from a 12 week program investment is a robust improvement in wellbeing, a sense of purpose and direction in work, improved self-belief in work capability, and raised self-confidence to maintain this trend moving forward.

  • Yes, coaching utilises highly evidence-based techniques like positive psychology, motivational interviewing, and SMART goal-setting, within an adaption of the ABC recognised framework of coaching.
