1:1 Stress & Energy Improvement Plan

A focused one-off 60–90 minute 1:1 coaching session to help you better understand your personal patterns of stress and energy, and identify practical ways to move forward with more clarity, balance and ease.

Using skilful coaching questions, we explore what may be contributing to feeling mentally busy, pressured or depleted, and uncover realistic adjustments that support more sustainable energy and wellbeing. Where helpful, we may also identify underlying mindsets that could be getting in the way.

Following the session, you will receive a personalised Stress & Energy Improvement Plan, outlining key insights and simple next steps.
